The Vertical Bridge Charitable Network (VBCN) is an employee-led initiative rooted in the belief that giving back isn’t just something we do; it’s part of who we are. Created to empower employees to support the causes most meaningful to them, VBCN brings Vertical Bridge’s values to life in the communities where our team members live and work.
At its core, the Vertical Bridge Charitable Network is about people helping people and building a legacy of impact that extends well beyond our business. Rooted in compassion and guided by purpose, VBCN is committed to creating meaningful, lasting change through charitable giving, hands-on volunteerism, and partnerships with impact-driven organizations dedicated to change. VBCN efforts span critical areas including education, healthcare, environmental stewardship, support for veterans, disaster relief, and a deep commitment to initiatives that uplift children and strengthen families.
Since its inception, VBCN has donated more than $17.5 million to charitable organizations, making a tangible difference around the world. Beyond financial contributions, team members are provided with 16 hours of community service per year. To date, employees have volunteered more than 14,000 hours, showing up in classrooms, neighborhoods, and communities with open hands and open hearts. At Vertical Bridge, giving back is woven into our culture.
