We really don’t do many events throughout the year, but the Battle of the Bartenders is a great one! It’s part of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Festival Days, which is a creative program they organize to bring business to a for-profit company in the heat of summer, while raising money and exposure for a charity, by pairing them together. Such a good idea and works great for us!
If you have never been to one of our Battles, you really should come, it is so fun! This is our 8th year doing The Battle and we are excited to pair with the Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel again. 8 teams of local community leaders will battle for the most tips and the title of BFF Bartending Champions. Mike Sipe Entertainment, Events & Productions will be providing the music, so get your requests ready!
Our bartenders have been planning and scheming; it sometimes gets a little competitive between the teams, and we never know what they have planned to wear, or bring, or giveaway. But one thing we know for sure is that there is always a surprise or 2.
If you pre-register by Thursday, it is only $25 for 2 drinks and hors d’oeuvres (it’s $30 at the door). The fun is free! You could come to support a specific bartender, or just to have a good time and support all of us at BFF. It’s this Friday night, August 25th, from 5:30-7:30. This year’s theme is a Hawaiian luau- Aloha!
