Kathrell
Kathrell began her journey with Best Foot Forward as an 8th grade student in 2015. Through dedication and perseverance, she earned her associate’s degree from Palm Beach State College in 2021, followed by a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida Atlantic University in 2024.
Today, Kathrell is making a difference as a 1st grade teacher while passionately advocating for better resources and support for teens in foster care. Committed to continuing her education, Kathrell plans to pursue her master’s degree and broaden her impact through social media outreach and community engagement.
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Kathrell finds joy in being a proud dog mom to Harlow and a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. She is also an enthusiastic reader and expressive writer, often journaling her thoughts and poetry as a form of reflection and self-growth.
