6 years! That’s how long we have been fortunate enough to be included in the Comfort Cases, Inc. distribution through Lynn University. We would like to thank Lynn for their incredible partnership, and would like to give a special thank you to Robert Scheer, who created the Comfort Case project. Rob spent many difficult years in foster care, and has made it his mission to make a difference, to make things better. Comfort cases are one of those ways, and for that, we are very grateful.
This year’s Comfort Cases packing event was extra special, as it included a discussion with Earcylene Beavers and Debra Oppenheimer, from the Oscar winning documentary, Foster. The film offers a unique perspective into the world of foster care as seen through the eyes of those who know it best. They were open and honest, and shared stories that were both fascinating and very authentic. We appreciate them taking the time to share with everyone there.
