The 2022 BFF Bash, The World Awaits, was successful beyond our wildest imagination!
Thanks to the support and generosity of our 500 attendees and 63 sponsors, we raised more than $1,000,000! These funds give us the opportunity to expand our programs, increasing the number of students we serve in the Palm Beach County area by 25%, and to continue to further our mission of empowering foster care youth by providing essential support and academic guidance.
20 Best Foot Forward students were there, as our guests of honor, representing the more than 250 students in our program. Every single one felt the overwhelming warmth and kindness in the room.
Thank you for coming together as a community to make a difference for the children and young adults in our program!
We also proudly recognized our Champion of Children Award Recipient, GL Homes, and our Honorary Chair, Anita Detert. This year our Bash was themed “The World Awaits”, and during the program the students in attendance had the opportunity to show the guests what the world has in store for them! Perhaps the most special moment was hearing Aquanna, an upcoming FAU graduate, share her story of how BFF has shaped and changed her life. Thank you again for making this event a phenomenal success.
