The recipient of our November car giveaway has been selected. The lucky young woman is a former foster youth who currently lives in Miami and works at Palm Beach State College in Boca Raton, as she has for the past 4 years. She has a 3 year old son, whom she walks to their pastor’s house each day on her way to the bus stop and train. In the heat, rain, or whatever the conditions may be, she takes that path everyday. She walks through neighborhoods which are not very safe. and from time to time is frightened by someone following her or making comments to her. When she goes grocery shopping, she can only purchase what she can hold in one hand, while she cares for her son in the other. Life is very difficult for her, yet she never misses a day of work, and is a loving mother to her son. We are proud to have her as the next recipient of the BFF-Offlease Only Strive to Drive Challenge on Friday, November 4th at 5:15pm.
