The outcomes are bleak for youth in foster care once they turn 18. On Monday October 17, 2011 there will be a presentation that represents the culmination of a year of meetings and workshops on the issue. Many agencies from Palm Beach County have been involved and will be there, including Best Foot Forward, who will be presenting the educational piece. It is just the beginning!
