Nina Anschuetz

Foundations Program Director

With Best Foot Forward since 2018, Nina brings a deep passion for education, leadership, and youth advocacy to her role as Foundations Program Director. She is AVID certified, trained in DCF security awareness and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University.

Prior to joining Best Foot Forward, Nina spent her career as an elementary school teacher and an International Baccalaureate educator in Palm Beach County.

Before becoming Program Director, Nina spent seven years as a Foundations Academic Coach, working closely with students and staff to strengthen academic outcomes and build meaningful support systems. Her work has consistently centered on serving foster and at-risk youth, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and encouragement needed to succeed in school and beyond.

Driven by experience, compassion, and a belief in every child’s potential, Nina continues to champion student success through purposeful programming and strong educational foundations.
