Emily Santelises Ramos has dedicated her career to creating pathways to success for under-resourced middle and high school students. She brings extensive experience as both a public-school educator and administrator, having worked closely with students and families in underserved communities. Through her work in the classroom and in school leadership, Emily has developed a deep understanding of the academic, social, and systemic challenges students face, as well as the strategies and guidance that help them thrive. She believes that when students are given access to the right tools, consistent support, and genuine encouragement, they can overcome barriers and achieve lasting academic success.
