On September 26, we inaugurated our brand new office space, a proud realization of our co-founders’ vision and months of renovation. We owe a big thank you to the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce for welcoming our new location with a wonderful ribbon cutting celebration.
While our work environment may look a little different now, our mission remains the same. Best Foot Forward is dedicated to providing innovative and results-oriented programs for children in the foster care system of Palm Beach County. And, for over eight years, BFF has expanded to include more children of varying grade levels and more staff members to execute our programs. We also host volunteer groups and organize local business projects –– so, it was about time we expand our walls as well. Our co-founders Debbie Ellman and Donna Biase realized that in order to maintain our goals in the midst of incredible growth, we were going to need more space.
Our new location at Lyons Road, just North of Olympic Heights High School in Boca Raton wouldn’t have been possible without the help of various contractors. Thanks to all those involved who believed in our mission, our costs were reduced significantly and the office feels more comfortable and inviting than we ever could have imagined.
Now that we’ve settled into the new space, employees can often be found eating lunch together, sharing ideas, and collaborating on ways to better serve our students. Co-founder Debbie Ellman feels as though the office is a home away from home.
“We were always a pretty close team, but the space has allowed us to become even closer,” she says. “It’s built stronger collaboration and created some amazing memories for our team.”
Best Foot Forward would like to thank everyone who joined us at our grand opening. We look forward to many new accomplishments in our wonderful, new space!
