Position Summary: We are looking for a Program Support Specialist to support the day-to-day administrative operation of our K–12 programs. The Program Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our K–12 programs by providing administrative support, managing calendars, maintaining accurate data, and assisting with program logistics. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and highly organized, anticipating program needs and taking initiative to support an efficient and effective team. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of program operations and recordkeeping, including admissions, academic progress, and program documentation.
  • Assist with managing department-wide academic calendars, reminders, timelines, and schedules.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of student records within the CRM.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, projects, and other responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating student events, holiday preparations, supplies, and transportation to and from events and the office.
  • Provide cross-program support by assisting with tasks and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills; extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • College degree required

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events and Special Projects Coordinator to join our incredible team! This candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing fundraising events that not only raise critical revenue, but also deepen relationships with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of organizational events, including fundraisers, and donor engagement activities as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines and logistic plans to ensure successful execution from initial planning through completion.
  • Oversee all event components, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, audiovisual needs, guest experience, and program flow.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure all event-related costs align with approved financial budgets.
  • Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event stakeholders, vendors, and service providers; manage vendor contracts as needed.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through email campaigns, social media promotion, and other outreach efforts.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and guest experience across all event touchpoints in alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Assist with registration processes and maintain awareness of RSVPs.
  • Manage post-event wrap-up, including vendor follow-up, reconciliation and event closeout processes.
  • Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance future events and increase engagement.
  • Support sponsor recognition, donor communications, and stewardship initiatives to strengthen relationships and maximize impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Complete daily opening and closing office procedures.

'We are currently hiring part-time Academic Coaches to work directly with students in 8th-12th grade.
  • Employment Type: Part-time (24-28 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (flexible within that window)
  • Location: Various schools across Palm Beach County (reliable transportation required). Gas stipend is provided.
  • Compensation:$23-$25 per hour.
  • Please note: This is a stand-alone role and is not intended to supplement a full-time teaching job.
Position Summary: The High School Academic Coach will support our students with one-on-one sessions as they learn to navigate their classes, develop essential organization, study and learning skills, and becoming well-rounded learners. They will be ready for graduation, and prepared to succeed in college. This is a part-time position, 24-28 hour per week seeing students during the school day, Monday through Friday, between 8:00AM and 4:00PM, and requires traveling to various schools in Palm Beach County. Applicant must have a teaching background Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with students on a weekly basis to provide support, guidance and motivation
  • Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to the benefit of the student
  • Track grades weekly
  • Identify learning patterns
  • Problem solve and address issues pertaining to poor or missing grades.
  • Assist student with completing assignments as necessary
  • Identify needs; secure tutors as needed
  • Use incentives to motivate students
  • Prepare and submit session notes following each session
  • Participate in student meetings as necessary
