Boston bibb lettuce, cinnamon tossed apples, blue cheese crumbles, honey dijon vinaigrette paired with Cool as a Cucumber Martini on the rocks

Crab Stuffed Avocado
Colossal lump crab meat, tobiko, togarashi, sesami ginger vinaigrette, stuffed in ripe avocado paired with White Wine
-Third Course-
Barola Braised Short Rib
Slow braised short ribm sweet potato puree, red wine demi paired with Red Wine
-Fourth Course-
Apple Crumble
Cinnamon stewed apples, almond flour crust, vanilla bean ice cream paired
with Sparkling Wine
