Ben Firestone is Chief Executive Officer of Blueprint, the leading healthcare real estate advisory firm, which he co-founded in 2013. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and management team and has prioritized developing Blueprint’s young talent as a key driver of its rapid growth. With nearly two decades in seniors housing and care, Ben brings a unique, creative approach to the advisory business. He is an alumnus of the NIC Future Leaders Council, serves on the NIC Fall Conference Planning Committee, and is an avid public speaker at industry events.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and recently joined the University of Michigan’s Weiser Center for Real Estate Advisory Board at the Ross School of Business. He supports several Chicago-based organizations, including the Jewish United Fund and Meals on Wheels. While staying close to his St. Louis roots, Ben and his wife, Gina, split their time between Boca Raton, Florida, and Chicago with their three children, Sammy, Alex, and Tyler. Outside of his CEO duties, he enjoys playing tennis and coaching his kids’ soccer teams.
